ToFF has partnered with North Carroll Recreation Council (NCRC) to offer sports scholarships. Our goal and hope is to alleviate any financial need that may prevent a child from playing, learning, and growing through sports programs.
ToFF has established the Dylan Rodgers Scholarship to honor Dylan's memory by providing an annual scholarship to a high school senior graduating from Westminster High School in Westminster, MD, who distinguishes him/herself as a true sportsmanship athlete. In addition to the scholarship, the ToFF will also donate $250 to the recipient's choice of local charity, in honor of Dylan Rodgers.

ToFF helps local families in need. Whether helping to soften the burden of mounding medical bills, funding a housing project to aid in mobility, or helping a family navigate a temporary difficult time, ToFF can help.
ToFF operates a community food pantry, open on Saturday afternoons from 2:00 - 4:00pm at 3211 Main Street, Manchester, MD 21102.

80%-90% of those moving out of homeless shelters in Westminster have no household items and while there are programs that help provide the necessities, beds and box springs are scarce, at best. ToFF provides new, modest beds for children moving out of shelters into their own homes.
